Naoki is Founder and CEO of The Japan Foundation of Entrepreneurship (JFE), LeaderShape’s Toyko-based Japanese Partner. Established in 2013, Naoki’s vision for JFE was to to establish an eco-system which
would help both the lives and businesses of entrepreneurs.
Throughout his 20s Naoki started several companies within the real estate, e-commerce and marketing consulting sectors. His career as an executive coach began in 2010 when he met Michael E. Gerber (author of E-Myth Revisited). In 2013 Naoki became the first E-Myth certified coach in Japan. At this time he founded JFE, a corporate training and education organisation which, over the last 6 years, has trained more than 100 facilitators / coaches and has provided programs to more than 500 entrepreneurs and business owners.
