Expertise
Andrea St. George is the Organization Development Specialist for the Combat Capabilities Development Command – Soldier Center in Natick, MA. In this role, Andrea provides coaching, consultation, and facilitation to individuals at all levels to address issues that could impede successful change management and to improve organizational effectiveness. Through coaching and interventions, Andrea provides people with tools necessary to confront issues that may be impacting their personal and professional success. As a skilled coach and facilitator, she helps teams work together to break down barriers to build positive and productive relationships. Andrea accomplishes all this through the conduct of team building workshops, executive leadership coaching, facilitation of leadership development programs and through other meaningful workplace engagements. Andrea often finds ways to incorporate concepts and approaches into her coaching and leadership development work from the Dare to Lead™ program, the work of Dr. Brené Brown.
Accreditation & Education
Andrea holds a Master’s of Science in Management from Emmanuel College, Boston, MA and a PsyD in Leadership Psychology from William James College, Newton, MA. She holds certifications in True Colors, EQ at Work Coaching, Total Leadership, MBTI, EQ-i (2.0) and EQ-360, Daring Way™ Certified Facilitator, Results Systems, as well as others, and is a member of International Coach Federation (ICF).
Personal
In her spare time, Andrea enjoys reading, being in nature and spending time with loved ones. Andrea lives in Upton, MA with her husband Darin and their two pups, Fran and Brody.
