Xenia’s focus has been on helping people, teams and organisations flourish by looking into the life’s big questions and using scientific, evidence-based approaches from the psychological sciences.
Accreditations
Xenia is a coaching & occupational psychologist in training (UK BPS accreditation due 2021), a specialist L&D practitioner, a UK ILM recognised coach, and a member of the UK BPS Special Group in Coaching Psychology and Transpersonal Psychology Section. Xenia is an accredited practitioner in a large number of science-based psychometric tools and group/team coaching tools. She is a Tavistock and Roffey Park-trained Organisational Development practitioner.
Xenia holds an LLB (Law), a PGDip in International Mediation, an MBA, and is due to graduate with an MRes in Social Science Research and an MSc in Psychology, currently pursuing research into gender, leadership and business practices. She speaks over 5 languages and was a Hanban scholarship recipient at Tsinghua University in Beijing. She is a Fellow member of the CIArb (Mediation), gaining accreditation through international practice in negotiation and mediation for over 15 years.

Xenia’s expertise helps her coach those who aspire to find their true calling, make a difference and bring about sustainable leadership. She carries it out it by applying a range of evidence-based techniques in a coaching conversation enriched by her leadership experience in international business, commerce and diplomacy.
Xenia first specialised in leadership theory and organisational behaviour during her MBA studies, and has since then trained in a variety of approaches and modalities including transpersonal, gestalt, cognitive behavioural, systemic and psychodynamic approaches.
She has a significant success record in coaching emerging talent globally: her clients include candidates from business schools across Europe and Asia, including IE Madrid, ESADE Business School Barcelona, EM Lyon Business School, Grenoble École de Management, Vlerick Business School Brussels and Ghent, SDA Bocconi Milan, Oxford and Cambridge in the UK, and key universities in China.
The other sections of Xenia’s coaching specialism are in complex international negotiations and cross-cultural agility. Xenia’s expertise also lies in group, team and organisational interventions designed to aid transformational change. As a qualified technologist and Agilist, she firmly believes that data, digital and technology are essential to making impact and enabling organisational development.
Business Experience
Some highlights of Xenia’s background include senior business and legal affairs roles at the BBC News travelling widely around the Middle East, Asia, Europe, Latin America and the US. Subsequently, Xenia held leadership roles working for Her Majesty The Queen at Buckingham palace, including as Deputy Head of Secretariat, Head of Research and Head of Government Liaison (diplomacy) units. Prior to that, Xenia worked in business development and operations for international organisations including Christie’s Fine Art auction house and Bloomberg media.
