Heather is an Association for Coaching Accredited Professional executive coach, mentor and facilitator of individuals, (particularly Chairs, CEOs and Senior Managers), teams and peer groups with wide-ranging International experience. Using a blend of coaching, education and behavioural skills she works with leaders and teams willing to:

Heather is an Associate of LeaderShape Global and also been a member of the University of Oxford Saïd Business School (SBS) since 2005. As part of the SBS Coaching Team she works in Executive Education as a tutor, coach and facilitator on Advanced Management and Leadership Programmes. She also coaches SBS MBA and EMBA students. In 2008 and 2009, as part of a team within SBS, she delivered leadership and personal development programmes to senior civil service leaders in Abu Dhabi. Heather previously worked as a Senior Programme Director for Common Purpose, a non-profit international leadership and educational development organisation.

Heather brings to her practice a unique blend of eighteen years executive coaching and leadership development experience in the UK and internationally; nineteen years business experience with IBM in South Africa in marketing support, sales, training, product management and education and five years education, training and practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, working as a family systems therapist in Washington DC and New York. She has cross cultural experience.
She has worked as an Executive Coach with organisations, across the public and private sector, including health, finance, education, law, manufacturing, biotechnology, engineering, dealing with a diverse range of issues and challenges.

Awareness is power. Understanding yourself and the others, combining these forces together and building on them, allow you to reach the goal of a stronger and capable enterprise, which is able to offer a "continuous improvement". Without the clear targets, which also come with the proper open questions, there is the risk to have incomplete, partial and ineffective visions.
Through the Action Learning Set (ALS) we got value by re-evaluating our own actions as managers, our outcomes and our ways of operating through distinct variables and different perspectives. The ALS helped us broaden our perspectives and gain greater awareness and completeness of the overall view. Hence we increased the possibility and the will to redefine our own modus operandi by enhancing the result through using each other to think this through in the ALS format.
Heather, through a mixture of her highly experienced professional approach and empathic humanity, has supported changes by encouraging the growth and development of her ALS participants potential and their own personality.
