WE'RE DELIGHTED to announce our new partnership with Taylor & Frances, a global, UK-based publisher. The major brand in the T&F stable is Routledge with whom we have agreed to publish a book on Transpersonal Leadership - focusing on the "how" as well as the "why" of modern leadership beyond the ego. In other words, true to the LeaderShape ethos, we will be working on taking key theories of emotionally intelligent and ethically-based leadership into the workplace, to embed the learning for better business and organisational outcomes.
